We chased down some smaller bugs and fixed up some little quality of life issues just to keep things running smoothly.

· Links to PDF resources in messages were loading in a tiny little area on the screen sometimes, making them incredibly hard to read.
· The sender name and read receipt info were not showing up in message details if your phone was set to dark mode.
· The button to attach a picture to a message kinda jumped around a bit right when you tried to tap on it, sometimes leading to the wrong button getting pressed.
· We made the Search key make the keyboard go away when searching for messages so that now you can actually scroll to the bottom of a long list of results.

· Check out our new look! We got some new icons and colors from Gary in marketing that have been on the website for a little while, and now they're making their debut in the mobile app. Let us know what you think!
· We're also rolling out a new way to contact our support team along with those fancy new icons. If you need a little extra help, our support team can now get back to you directly in the app. There's also a new Help Center with answers to the most common issues people experience. Check out the life preserver icon in the side menu to get started!
· Probably the most important item in this update: we changed two words in an error message that's almost never displayed, just to be more technically accurate. You're welcome.

· We knocked out a couple bugs that were pestering people right after connecting to their network. One where your network wouldn't show up in the side menu unless you refreshed it, and another that could crash the app if you tried to send a message as soon as you connected.
· If you delete all your messages, then a nice little message shows up letting you know that, well, you don't have any messages. Apparently some folks tried to take it a step further and delete that as well (looking at you, Inbox Zero crowd) but the app would get a little confused when that happened. We made sure it knows that you can't delete a message that doesn't exist.
· Turns out there were a few people that would make the directory search very unhappy just by showing up as a directory contact, and that would make the app crash. We went ahead and gave the directory a chill pill so it won't get as cranky anymore.

· Have you ever gotten a super important message and thought, "Wow this is a super important message, is there somewhere I can save this?" Well have we got some news for you! The new Saved Messages section will keep track of messages that you have saved, just in case the name didn't give it away. Just press-and-hold on that important message in a conversation (or swipe left, depending on your device) and you'll have the option to save it. Incredible!
· We fixed an issue with the side menu not showing all of your content.

· Some people were having issues when searching for recipients when composing a new message, which is apparently not ideal when you're trying to search for recipients to send them a message. We patched that up, so search your heart out!
· If you decided to log out of the app before ever connecting to a network, there was a loading spinner that would block everything after logging back in. Again, not an ideal situation, so we fixed this as well.
· Last, but not least, sometimes the app would get a little confused when trying to view message attachments in full-screen. We put something in the app's code to make this a more ideal experience.

· If you already have a conversation with someone and you go to compose a new message to that person, instead of seeing the full-screen compose window, it will now take you to that existing conversation. This will help you pick back up your conversation right where it left off!
· We added a periodic reminder to enable notifications so you don't miss out on any important messages.
· We changed one word on one screen that you only ever see once. Is this important to you? Probably not. But the word said to tap "OK" on a prompt when the word on the prompt was actually "Accept" and we figured we might as well be consistent.

(We changed quite a bit since the last version of Redeapp, so there's a lot here. But if you're in a hurry, we suggest at least reading this first part!)

This update introduces some changes to the way you will see messages if you are in more than one Redeapp network.

With this new update, inboxes will be separated by network. You can view messages in different inboxes and switch between networks using a new simple toggle that you can find by swiping to the right. If you’re thinking, “toggle schmoggle, what does this even mean?” Just update your app and swipe to the right to see the network switcher!

Some other changes in this update:

· Icons throughout the app got a nice refresh and are more consistent across different sections.
· We reset the "More Days" date picker in Shifts back to how it was before iOS 14 completely changed it on us (without even asking us first. How rude!)
· Whenever you tap on a Redeapp message notification on your phone, it should now bring you to the conversation for that message instead of just seeing that one message.
· For those of you who are network broadcasters for your company, we brought back the ability to quickly send a network broadcast from the Groups section of the app.
· Group message read receipts were all sorts of broken if there were more than 20 and you tried to scroll or search, so that got fixed.
· Somehow, amongst all this, we still found time to knock out a few other small bugs that were causing some minor frustrations for people with spotty internet connections (because having spotty internet is frustrating enough on its own.)

We really wanted something with laser beams and infrared cameras, but APPARENTLY it wasn't "cost effective" to get a complex million dollar security system for each of you. You'd get the notification, it would play whichever fun notification sound you have selected (did you know you can change these in the Settings menu?) but if you were looking at the conversation with that person, the message wouldn't show up unless you went back to your Messages and then loaded the conversation again. This is obviously not what should have been happening, so we made sure that it isn't happening anymore!
· We updated several messages and prompts when creating an account or resetting your password to make sure you get the right information that will help get you - and keep you - Red e for Work!

· We gave conversations a bit of a facelift, freshening up the colors and rearranging some of the information to keep things looking good and making sure the right information is easy to find.
· One new piece of information in your conversations is the little megaphone icon on some messages, which lets you know that the message was sent to multiple people. If you open up that message and tap on the megaphone in the message details, you see who else received it. This will help you know if a message was sent to a group, or just to you.
· When searching for people, it was sometimes hard to tell who was who if multiple people had the same name. You can now see each person's job title and location (if they have it filled out in their profile) right there in the results so you can be sure your message is getting to the correct person.
· Speaking of those profiles, we added some extra labels to your profile fields to help you make sense of the info displayed.
